Need to find a butcher

Due to new regulations our local butcher can no longer do our deer for us at this time.

The new regs say that game meat must be done on seperate equipement, which would mean for him, expanding, and the cost to the benifit............

Any one know of anywere in the northern GTA, Newmarket, Stouffville, King area that will do it?

My buddy in Stroud will do it for you I reckon, his usual fee is a quarter of the meat........... :wink:

Why not cut it yourself? Deer is VERY easy to cut!

The problem is time.

I don't have the time to do it myself. Some of my buddies want to learn but they haven't yet.

There is one guy down the street who would do it for me but he did one for us and it was deer chunks rather than steaks and roasts.
