Conceived and sold in the US for guys who want to unneuter their Main Battle Rifles' bayonet lugs. And we all know how important removing bayonet lugs has been to combating rampant urban drug gang gun wars ... if it saves only one child, you know.

Never saw one before, and I have a hard time understanding why you'd bother, except maybe to hang accessories on.
