What are my options for how to renew? Can I get the forms at an RCMP station?
For the last 5 years I hadn't got around to buy a restricted. In the past I heard they have on some occasions only renewed the PAL and dropped the R Restricted from people's licenses. Is that still happening? I do have a club membership.
Anything else I might need to be concerned with?
