Given that it's supposed to be "IPSC", I wouldn't expect to have to be a member of USPSA to shoot in one of their matches, but this is US we're talking about, and they are a bit like Microsoft - they believe in standards and rules only as long as they made/set them...
This is not a question about anything legal, just purely for the purposes of the matches themselves - is membership in IPSC Canada enough?
Obviously if I wanted to be classified there I'd need to be a member, but if I just want to shoot as U, do I need a USPSA membership? Thanks.
