Need yor help to choose replacement sights for my new SIG 226

As the title says, I just can't get to use the sights on my new P226, I prefer the 3 dots arrangement, and ideally a adjustable rear sight. Those I have are#8 with one under bar on the rear sight.
What did you recommend, tritium in cool but not necessary, I mostly want quick acquisition and ruggedness.
If you have any other ideas to make this great pistol better, I'm all ears!

if your looking for adjustable rear, I think you can try LPA, (PRECISION SIGHTS iNC)PSI, is the distributor in the states, check my posting in the exchange, for pistol/revolver, its the STS SIG 226 40CAL. it has the same sight Im talking about.

I agree with recommendation. Just installed some LPA sights on my pistol and they're great quality,about 75$ CDN when ordered form states.
