Need your opinions on AR 15s!

So im always wanting to see whats out there and really I don't need to get a new rifle, as my AR 15 Frankingun is all milspec. My question is if I was to sell the rifle, what are the odds of a good return in investment? Do people still build their own AR 15s still? Do people like buying AR 15 Frankin gun? If so my next question is opinions on some choices i've narrowed down.

I'm weighting options, this gun is a tac driver. Hope to see some good discussion.

I think that selling a franken gun is harder than a strait up factory build.
As for return on investment, I think you will walk away at a loss unless you got everything for a super deal. Your best bet would be to piece it out. People are far more willing to drop money for parts than for an entire rifle that's been built to suit you.

As for your choice of new rifles DD is top quality as is colt.though I can't speak for the troy rifles.

It's fun to build but at the same time opening a box with a brand new gun in it is awesome.

If it's a Tac driver and all Mil-Spec why would you want to sell it to buy an unknown?
You can buy the best brand in the world and get a lemon.

I personally would never buy someone's Frankengun. I might build my own, but I have no interest in anyone's hodge-podge build, even if the parts are quality. I suspect there are more like me.
