If I was going to actually install one for real use, I'd order the M1A version from Brownells and put that on my Norinco. Many of the Norinco ones don't actually work as the machining is a bit dodgy from guide to guide and they are roughly cast vs GI or springfield which are nicely machined.

If you do want a Norinco one, most guys took them off to mount scopes and someone will probably offer you one for the cost of shipping. I would, but I gave all mine away ages ago.
