I recently picked up a Mossberg 140b. Everything appears fine with the gun. But I cannot not get the bolt to go ahead far enough to close. Does anyone know what the issue might be? Yes the safety is off and pulling the trigger has zeros effect.
Can you post a pic of the bolt upside down if rotating doesn't work. I saw a Mossberg at a show recently with the wrong bolt in it. I have a 140 to compare it to if need be.

I am thinking it is the wrong bolt. But I am unsure how to post pics in here. It fits. The extractor fits but the bolt needs to advance 3-5 mm further to lock down.
