The barrel accessory program is only available to owners in the U.S. But maybe some day...
I was talking to the Gravel Agency today about something related and it came up. They are the agency for H&R in Canada and they would like to persuade the manufacturer to let them offer the accessory barrel program here. The more interest they can show from prospective customers the stronger their case may be. So if you, like me, wish we could get accessory barrels for Handi-Rifles and Ultras, let the Gravel Agency know. Or pester Remington/Marlin/H&R.
