NEF scope Base

I am in need of a factory 1 piece scope base for a NEF SB2 10ga shotgun. It is already drilled and tapped. Can anyone help?

The Weaver site doesn't show a one-piece for the 10 Guage.......only for the handi-rifle. the ones they suggest are a pair of #19's for the 10 guage. Of course, NEF might produce a one-piece but I have no info on that. What are the measurements on the holes and how many are there?

There are 4 holes. I also found the weaver bases but NEF makes (or I should say offers) a nice one piece base that will give me a little more flexibilty for mounting a long eye relief scope. I can get one from Brownells but we all know what will be involved with that TC
