To. All dealers, anyone looked at bringing the beauty in? Safe to assume that since it's built on an AR platform it would be restricted? At the prices they have there it seems very interesting

Until they pony up to the US government to get DDTC registered none of their products can be exported.
This is NOT a small or 1 time investment for any company , let alone a small 1 that is relatively new. ! needs to export quite a large amount of product to justify the expense, and frankly Canada is a very small part of yearly US exports.

Being that it is an oversized AR platform and looks like an AR someone would need to buy 1, assuming DDTC registration ever is in place, and then submit it to the RCMP for classification. I would be totally stunned if they did not deem it an AR variant, hence restricted.
 
Noreen Bad News also comes in .300 win mag, same concept. ellwoodepps has a .338lm they might be able to bring a .300 win mag in. And yes it is restricted
 
I'm not a fan of Noreen products, the reviews on the rifles are... not very nice... to put it mildly. Hard extraction due to an over gassed design, dented cases, lots of malfunctions, and at least one reported KB, also will not work using Hornady ammo, which raises questions of what other ammo may be a problem.


What I want to see in big bore semis is the FD338, which is a .338LM semi built on the AR platform, which has been getting very good reviews and seems to be a well developed firearm that is gaining traction in the .338 community.
