Good luck. He said he'll ship them to US addresses only, and he doesn't sell them to dealers.
US money order ONLY as well. Thought about 'importing' one myself, but dont want the hassle. Heck someone could probably make it up here (or a similar version) for dirt cheap. It's just a stamped piece of very thin stainless.
