Neub question...

Don't see any mention of the 9mm IWI x95 or B&T GHM9. ...
The Ruger is reliable until one of the known weak points fails. Get the MCarbo upgrades on day one, and enjoy. I do find them barrel heavy, especially the tacticool version. IMO it's the best value out there.
The TWN ASR had one of the worst reputations for jamming in the history of shooting sports. Gerard speaks highly of his, so it looks like they may have sorted them out. I want one in 10mm.
...

The two you add to the list are worthy, but expensive.
The Ruger may be the best value, but only relatively speaking! It really is just a 10/22 retooled for 9mm. I can't stand the balance either, which takes it off my list.
My TNW ASR in 45ACP has been perfect from day one, unmodified, and I shoot all kinds of weird reloads through it. Including powder puff SWC loads and 45 Super hollowpoint hunting loads. But that's not a huge round count, and just a sample size of one.

Tenda shows the TNW ASR 10mm available, $900.

Oh, while we're on the topic of pricing:

Cabelas has the basic Ruger PCC for $830 today only.

Tenda has the 9mm TNW ASR for $900.

The FX-9 is usually $1400 everywhere, but came across one retailer selling them for $1350 the other day.

The Kel-Tec Sub 2000 has many faults, but it works for some. It is back in stock at many shops, $950 everywhere.

For pricing, if you get on the emails from site sponsors I've the base Ruger in the high $700's this summer. I already have one or id have gotten another. Curious to see what Black Friday has?

my 2 cents. The Ruger in take down with the back packer stock and the standard upgrades is your SHTF dream. Get one, use it a bit then put in safely in the safe. Then get something else that also shares Glock mags for the range. I have a JR but that was due to pricing and availibity.
