What kind of primer is that? At the 12:54 mark you can see him add an extruded pellet of something and then seats a primer cup over it. The size of the pellet looks like it would fill the cup when seated. Is it like some sort of “cap” material like from a kids cap gun?

Looks to be a chunk of metal to act as the anvil for the primer.

I dont know.. that powder looks kinda funky ! Like that green floor dry the janitor usta sprinkle on kids barf in grade school.
No prob seating rounds.. just a wee bit of case bulge

what a scary way to put powder in the shells, if i loaded mine up that way i would blow myself up.

One thing is for sure with that loading method you will never get a shell missing the powder.
