New 22 ?

Hey, I was at the right place at the right time and found a guy selling this Ruger MK1, I paid $225. Did I get a good deal or did I learn a lesson on impulse buying ?

I bought one last year for my girlfriend for the same price but it has wood target grips.
This little gun is a nice shooter but a pain in the as.. to dissamble for cleaning

It is definatly a pain to strip down, it hadnt been fired in awhile and was a little gummy, so I stripped it down cleaned it up and had some fun figuring out how it went back together. Took it out to the club and it shoots very tight in the bench rest, but free had is another matter but I'll work on it.

I am thinking that any Ruger .22 is better than my P22, or S&W 22A, but i have had fun with both.......and a Ruger MKIII, and the S&W was close for acuracy, the P22 is a little looser......
