Just picked up my .284 project from Ultimate Accuracy here in Manitoba this past Saturday. Once again I'd have to say I'm impressed with the build from all aspects. I'm sure this has to be
over 25 higher end rifle projects he's built for me by now and the service I have experienced has been great as per usual.
Here's the details....
Bat action/20 moa rail
Broughton 1-9 31.5" barrel...1" at muzzle
Chamber is .315/225 Lead
Schmidt & Bender 12-50x56mm with TPS rings
Pacific Rifle and Tool stock....grey/black laminate
Mcmillan 3 way adjustable butt plate
Jewel trigger
Pillar bedded/final bedded
Carbon fiber layer inside barrel channel
Front bottom of stock milled out to reduce torque/rails
12 coats of clear.
The blue and red on the bottom of the stock is a reflection of the kids toys in the background
Here's the first five shot group at 100 yards today....about .199" when you minus the bullet diameter.
