I took it out tonite after having the throat lengthened .051
Took out 180 Berger VLDs, 180 Berger BT's and some Chinchaga 175 RBBT's
Loaded 50gr of RL17 in each of the cases and seated both the VLD's and the RBBT's .015 into the lands and loaded the BT's .020 off the lands.
Chronied the loads and shot 10 shot groups at 300m in winds bookending from 8mph to 23.8mph

I forgot to reset the chrono after my foulers/sighters so 1st string was only 7 rounds....

With the ####ty wind we had today I am not putting any stock in the group sizes at this point. I was holding center and looking for velocities and un-blown cases rather than group sizes.
Obviously the 180BT's showed the best promise with the Reloader powder with approx 1/3 the vertical dispersion than the other 2 but still needs to be properly developed.
As soon as I find a good supply of bullets and H4831SC I can start to get serious with this one. With only 1.5lbs of 4831SC on hand I hate to work up a load for a powder I may not be able to find for awhile.
