Recently finished up my 7PRC build.
-Built on a McMillan G30 push feed action
-Jewell Trigger
-IBI standard hunter 7mm barrel with a custom brake by Gary Flach
- Pure Precision Altitude carbon fibre stock
- Hawkins Hunter DBM
- Gunwerks elevate 2.0 bipod
- Topped with a Leupold VX5 Gen 2 3-15x44 fire dot reticle
All the gunsmithing done by Gary Flach.
Super impressed and can't wait to take it out!

Looks like a beauty, should shoot real good, 7 PRC is a nice cartrige, I've had mine out 1410 yards with 175gr ELDX, also took a nice moose with oit last year, there is nothing I don't like about it

2 gill side port. Not a fan of radial brakes or some of the aftermarket ones. Gary's just fit the rifles so well.

8.5 should be totally fine up to 180 and possibly berger 195. My 280ai is 8.5 and loves the 180 eldm. Thats a very slippery bullet.

For my intended use it's going to be great.

Mine is a 1:8 twist however I have never tried anything over 180 gr yet, it shoots the 175gr so good I may never change, I have 2 loads with H1000 and H4831 that both shoot into 1/2" and run very close to 3000 fps so not sure what I will gain moving to a heavier bullet

Have handloaded in the past. Not set up for the 7PRC yet but might invest in dies and consumables. See how much shooting I do and how it shoots with factory ammo first.

Currently have Hornady precision hunter 175gr ELD-X. Was going to try the Federal Terminal Ascent when I can get my hands on them.
