New 870, couple questions

I just picked up a new 870 mag as my first shotgun and after seeing some of the awesome tac builds on the site I've decided to go that route.
So far I have ordered the Mesa Tactical sadle rail with shell carrier as well at their stock / pistol grip kit. From what I understand I probably need a new for end to clear the saddle carrier , this is something I would want to swap anyways. Also I was planning on going with an 18.5" barrel with +1 mag extension. I think I'm going to go with the Remington police forend for now, can anyone point me to where I could order that forend , barrel, and extension? None of the Canadian sited I've been to have had them, I'd really like to get these parts asap so I can work on it over xmas break.

Casey at tacord is the guy to talk to. You may have problems with the mag extension due to dimples in the tube. Casey should be able to walk you through it plus he's got the parts you want (be careful with the creditcard, there's so much for the 870 you may have to start another shotgun to put all the parts to use).
