Finally, after a not so long wait, the little brother to my 9.3x64 is ready for some work out. It's a 9.3x62 based on a Rem 700 action and a 20" barrel from Bavon King.I do love the Bell & Carlson stock and the more i compare it with my HS-Precision stock, the more i like the Bell & Carlson.Scope is a Swarovsky 3-12x56 held in place by Burris Extreme Tactical Rings.I shot a group this morning to just get it on paper and those 270gr Speer were printing it under 1'' at 120yds.Not bad for starters, but there is more to come.

Nice rifle, but given the lightweight action/stock/bbl combo, I'm surprised at the huge scope and mounts used.

One of the reason i put this scope on ,is that the rifle will be mostly used for them "nearly nocturnal Whitetails" and in those swamps i do need all the light-gathering ability i can get. Most likely i will change the scope, but for load developement and this hunting season i will try it out and see how it feels.
