Tapco mags are discontinued and doesn't work well with ProMags. So we have no plans to put a product out that doesn't work well and gives people a poor experience. Also the sales volume is too low to justify a re-design when we are busy with other things.

Lighter. Also we switched from 304 stainless to 7075-T6 so they won't gall and still doesn't have corrosion issues.
