Its a 54 super match action and trigger group but it is a repeater ? it weighs exactly 10.0lbs and has the heavy barrel.
There are no model marking on the gun and I cannot find it in any books. the date code is " IG "

I can find info on the 54:18 but this is not one of those. I thought it might be a biathlon rifle but with the heavy barrel and 10 lbs weight I think not.
Any help on ID would be great.

I picked up its 64 actions twin too. but it is marked "Match 64" with a medium barrel and in a repeater too.

sorry for the crap pictures.

It looks like a repeater version of the 1807. I owned a 1907R for a few years, which was a repeater version of the 1907. They made small runs of the 54 match riepeaters, that most people are not aware of.

Already bought it :)
Just looking for more information.
Other than use it seems like a great little rifle.
However I am trying to find a place locally that has any competitive shooting so I can utilize it.

You got it from Tradeexcanada, I would guess. I regretted they did not provide a little more information with it.

Yes it was kind of a "crap-shoot" but it was better than described. I put the proper aperture rear sight on it and I am going to try it out tonight for the first time. I am going to re-finish the wood in the next few days as the finish is not my favorite but all in all a great buy.

I also bought the match 64 repeater and a sporter they had too. The sporter is similar to the CIL 310 I sold and regretted it's rough but came with a 10 shot mag I needed so it ended up as a real bargain.

but I might get bored and change gears as I often do and put it on the EE ;)
