A big thank you to Al Flaherty's for my new Henry AR-7. At $320 it was more than $50 cheaper than from C###xx's.
I was a bit worried about all the negative reviews floating around on the net, but it is AWESOME.
Cleaned it, took it to the range, first 200 rnds no issues, no FTF, no FTE, no worries (hope I did not just jinx it). My 10/22 was not this reliable. Accuracy is better than expected using the smaller peep. I find the asymetrical shape actually fits well, and the lack of a forestock is not as much of an issue as I thought it would be.
It does rattle a bit when stored in the stock, and it did arrive with a big scratch on the barel, but I can live with that.
Hope it lasts!

I love mine, fantastic little plinker. I took a file and narrowed the front sight as it is really fat out of the box. Mine eats up everything I feed it, even subsonics. Enjoy!

Thank you Eugene Stoner! Yes the AR-7 is an excellent little plinker. My wife and my daughter each bought one and they love them.
I picked up extra (Henry) magazines from Grech Outdoors in Mount Forest, ON - they do all of the warranty repair for Henry in Canada.
Enjoy!

They are pretty handy but the plastic front sight on the one I picked up last year was loose and I didn't like the sight picture, a little filing with a dovetail file and a spare fire sight I had in the parts box was a huge improvement, nice and tight and a bright round aiming point which I prefer.

Thanks for mentioning Grech as a source for magazines K-C, there is room for another in the stock.... How much are they?

The AR-7 from Henry was the first gun I purchased when I came back to firearms. It may still be my fav.

Mine is also great with all ammo

Had an operator error and Grech was outstanding and more than decent with their help..
