We just received the shipment yesterday and we didn't have a chance to unprime a spent casing to check the flash hole. I would assume it is boxer primer so you can easily reload them.

Importing AP ammo for civilians sales is pretty much impossible due to gatekeeping and red tape. x39 is a poor choice for defeating armor but it still sucks we aren't even given the option.

Correct. It is all the same, just differently packed, and yes they are boxer primed.

Man I wish I had been one of the lucky buggers to get some incendiary or AP when Cabela's had that mix up a few years back. I'd love to have a crate of AP just sitting in my closet
