My new 20" arrived today. These are some rushed pictures I snapped before heading out. Sweet stuff, thanks Rick.

Now I just have to dig out that matching Lower to go with it.

Nice! Did they give you a breakdown of cost? I'm trying to source a VTAC fore end like that. I'd just buy an upper like that, but I'm working with a different calibre.

Being as the barrel blank used was a Rock Creek cut rifled 5R blank, yup it is 5R rifling.

That handguard can be "rail festooned", just need to put the rails on it.

The upper IS a Colt made M4 upper, we only contoured and chambered the barrel and assembled the rest of the parts as specified

The receiver is a Colt. The upper is ATRS built. Hopefully I can make it to DVC in Coquitlam tomorrow night to crap a few out of it where it is nice and dry. Stiker will know more about this barrel than I do, I asked for a 20" stainless, the rest was up to Rick and Co.
