New barrel for M305/M14

I'm looking to re-barrel my norc. I've heard Hart barrels are tip top. Is there any truth to this? How are they compared to a Criterion? Can I even get my hands on either here? I'm looking for a medium weight 22" with a 1 in 10" rate of twist. Suggestions? Cheers.
 
Kreiger is supposedly top of the food chain.

Casey @ Tactical Ordinance can sell and install. If memory serves a Heavy installed was around the 700's.
