New Benelli ETHOS

Hey Everyone,
Was poking around the Benelli USA site today and saw they have announced the new Ethos. Not sure when this happened or if any of you here have already seen it. I think it looks nice. I see they dropped the inline inertia system that the Vinci has. Anyone have any idea why? Looks very similar to the older inertia system in the SBE2, M2, etc. Have a gander:

Certainly one of Benelli's nicer looking gun for sure . still over priced in my opinion .

It is the new Benelli Rafaello introduced last year in Europe.
I wonder why they had to call it Ethos for the North American Market (they did the same thing with the previous Raffaello which they named Legacy on this side of the Atlantic).

Beautiful gun but taking it out hunting and risking all the wear and damage to it would break my heart...It's like dating a supermodel and taking her out to skid-row on a date.

Played with one a couple days ago. Very nice shotgun...but it's definitely not too pretty to hunt with. I suspect we'll see a synthetic version in the next year or two.
