New boomer in .338 lapua - Range Results

Ill post pics as this rifle progresses. So far I have a stiller predator .338 repeater action, rcbs dies, 100 once fired brass, an XLR HD stock. Harrels Brake. Got a Shilen sm 1-10 30" tube on order. Just need a reamer.

Sean, looks like a very nice rifle. It would be great to hear what you think of those XLR stock after shooting the 338. If they perform well with that they are gonna perform well with the littler stuff I shoot.

which bottom metal did you use?

No bottom metal needed, cip mags, but not in yet, used a regular mag just for the photo op.

Parts on that rifle would run around 3000$

On the Xlr stock, could not be happier. Have not shot it without the brake though and do not plan on it. Recoil is non existent with the brake, makes for very pleasant shooting. Overall very pleased with how it turned out.
