New Brass vs Fired Brass

I have noticed that developing loads on new brass is a mistake as fired brass almost always never shoots the same groups, has the same POI and never the same velocity (It slower) than new brass.

Like to hear everyone's thoughts.

I have had good luck with accuracy when loading new brass. It is different when you shoot it a second time, I changed lots of things from the new brass loads to where I am at now with the fired brass. ( the process, so can’t fully compare ) However, not much has changed, powder charge only. BTOG is the same. I find neck tension will always be slightly different as new brass springs in, and fired brass springs out.

Only shoot new brass or fire form with cream wheat ,then do your load development.
I prefer new brass. Less case prep.
