We've been eagerly awaiting these new additions to the Burris PH family. The Gen 1 4-20x50 has been a solid success, and the more compact, lower profile
2.5-12x42 and in particular the 3-15x44 will bring the remarkable features of this line, into an attractive, sleeker footprint

I was comparing these the other day. The 3-15 is only 1/2" longer and slightly larger 44 mm lens, puts it at the better buy. Only .05" bigger across in the front. The 3-15 is even slightly lighter, go figure that one.

Too bad the $2K price just puts it out of my range for the new 223.

Link above is 1740$. I guess the tax bring it close to 2k$.
