I've been trying to ensure that I've returned PM's to all those who have enquired about the new Bushnell Elite Tactical and AR Optics products, however to be sure, I thought I would post this little update.
The response to the Elite Tactical scopes has been very positive, and comprehensive reviews will come in due course. These scopes bring unsurpassed quality and value, particularly for those desiring a first focal plane scope, with mil/mil adjustment, and high magnification. Likewise, if you want to play with a Horus-59 or Tremor2 reticle, but don't feel like spending $3,500+ for a Schmidt or US Optics, the ET's are an excellent choice.
This weekend, we were experimenting with the DMR 3.5-21x50mm (with G2DMR reticle) and the Bushnell Fusion 1 Mile 10x42 rangefinding/ballistic binoculars. After loading the appropriate ballistic table (for the particular customer's caliber) into the Fusion 1 Mile binoculars and setting the output to milradians (MoA and inches are also available), this combination delivered quick and accurate firing solutions for ranges well past 900 yards.
And at a combined cost of $2,548 ($1,549 for the DMR 3.5-21x50mm and $999 for the Fusion 1 Mile 10x42 binoculars), it represents a complete system at a price that is hard to beat.
