NEW: Bushnell R5 Series Optics!

I tested one on an S&W 1854 in 45LC today.

The 1-6x24 is wonderful. It’s an awesome deer gun optic imo.

Nope. The Bushnell warranty center is impossible. They stole my RMR optic. Been a year since sent it in for "Warranty". FedEx it and then they ignore you. There is NO email to contact it just keeps looping you back to fill warranty info out and the phone line only allows 5 calls a day. I tried for 6 months and gave up.

Gave away my Bushnell garbage and will never buy one or even take one for free after that experience.

This is my experience with Bushnell warranty in Canada NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS FINE RETAILER!
 
I had a great experience with bushnell warranty. I fell and landed on my rifle and managed to bend the tube and the cross pins in the mounts. Called the number and talked with a nice lady. Sent email pictures and got a call back about a week later saying they couldn't warrant the scope as it was an old model not currently made. They offered to replace it with a new banner or send me a rebate. Took a month or so but I got a $200 rebate iirc. Used it towards a 4500 series
