Pristine Technologies, Inc. has started making their own 6-lug Rem700 SA footprint action. They have 25 years in machining and have done work for the firearms industry. Stoutjesdyk states "smoothest action in the world" and our initial impression is that they are reputable and knowledgeable in manufacturing.

Looking forward to doing a few builds.

Regards,

Peter

This looks interesting! would love to see some pictures of them? do you know any more details? such as bolt throw angle? I'd imagine with a six lug its going to be short. Are they doing short, long and magnum to start or just one?

and is there an expected MSRP?

I did a quick websearch. H ttps://shootpristine.com. Right now, short action, .223 or .308 boltface, $1295 list. Receiver, recoil lug, scope base, bolt assembly in photo. Use R700 compatible trigger units.

Well I sure like the price for a 223 build. Savage prefits are nice as well!

I'd try one in 223. Now to find a stock or chassis.... hmmmm

Looks cool. Very competitive pricing.
I wonder what additional bolt heads cost, as I see they advertise as being interchangeable.
I also wonder if they'll provide other options for rails, such as 30 or 40 moa.
They did a pretty good job with the website and included a lot of information.

Maybe if viewed from the USA it's 1299 USD?
But as shown, 1295 CAD

Curious if they have plans to release a left hand action I would love to support Canadian and the action looks sweet! just waiting for that left hand long action for a 30 or 38 caliber build :D

The lugs are in two stacks of three, and the bolt throw is 90-deg. (It's in the video.)

Honestly, I hate when we have Canadian made items and they are priced in US dollars. I am going to have my rant on this just like those truckers that hate mandates.

This is Canada NOT the US. I had always hoped that here in Canada we would have something built here and have a bit of a break in cost. Yah right.

Well if what others is saying is true, its $1295 CDN in Canada, and $1299 USD in the US (which is what I see here in the US from their site).

So it sounds like they are giving Canadians a break, which is cool and admirable.

Interesting. It shows up as $1299 USD for me when I put it in my cart.

You're in the USA aren't you?
I see a number of Canadian manufacturers that sell to the usa have similar pricing where the price is the same but in their respective currencies.
