take the one pieces off your cleaning kit, put on barrel and tighter around the sight,

and there is your blank firing adapter, it will cycle then

BFA is required to cycle semi auto rifle with blanks

Yes these blanks are corrosive and require a blank firing adapter to cycle in semi-automatic rifles

never tried it myself, and will not now.
