Picked up a stevens 320 today. Have only cycled snap caps through it so far but first impressions are the action is really slick and the trigger is pretty decent. Its got an 18 inch barrel, ghost sights, holds 5 + 1. It didn't come with a plug so had to improvise since I plan on taking it into the woods for some grouse/bunnies. The pump action release seems like it could have been put in a better location (I think due to the pistol grip stock, its a little awkward).
Anyway, I'll get a few rounds through it and see how it does in a day or 2. Here's a few pics:

What makes this tactical?

Tactical is a marketing term. My rem 870 says on the receiver "remington 870 tactical" even tho it is a normal express. Just because it comes with a 6 round magazine and a police style for end they call it tactical. Just a term

Too short to be of any practical use hunting. That's what I think tactical means. Cuz really, are 99% of us gonna use any gun for truly tactical purpose-nope. Gotta call it something, and "tactical" sells. For under $400, that's a great shotgun. Have fun with it.

So far so good. Didn't bother to clean the chinese gravy lube out of it before putting 25 rounds of Winchester (100 pack) #4's through it as well as a few 3inch steel and a few slugs. All without a hiccup. I didn't mess with the sights as it seemed to hit where I was aiming. Was shooting fairly close range though (only about 20 yards with the slugs). The fibre optic front site really illuminates when you are outside. At some point I'll take it to the range and put a few rounds on paper.

huh? I got a wall full of antlers and a freezer full of turkey that says 18.5" is PLENTY practical for hunting. .Come to think of it, even my fancy new rifled slug barrel is only 1.5" longer.

Should be careful with that wide brush....you might get some Fudd on ya ;)
