I think his co2 dart gun he briefly shows in the video (at timestamp 11:31) is way more interesting, although I can't make out in the vid what it's called and where it's coming out. I wonder if that dart gun would be legal here? Probably not, looks very lethal. Thanks for posting the video 
Update: Found it: "The arrow shooting pistol thing is the Airringer (a play on Derringer). It is exclusive to the gogun.de shop which is Joergs own"
