I've placed an order with Propher River for a new Cooper Jackson Squirrel with the blued Barrel not the silver matt and its taking its time in coming so I still have time to change my mind and go to say an Annie....however the Coopers are so much more nicer looking....Maybe I'm just being impacient and starting to second guess myself Help me settle my nerves with some reassuring thoughts if you have any:(V:I:
 
I have the Jackson Hunter in 22lr,and I don't regret buying it.The rifle easily shoots sub 1/2" at 50 yards for 5 shots with SK Standard Plus ammunition.The Synthetic stock and stainless barrel,were two of the reasons that I chose Cooper over Anschutz.
 
I have a Cooper SVT in 17 Mach II, and I love the look of stainless barrels with walnut stocks. My stock is a nice piece of walnut as are many of my rifles and I don't go out of my way to baby them. They are guns for crying out loud, a nick here and a ding there will never bother me. FS
 
I have a Classic in 17 Rem Fireball and it's a pretty nice rifle. It cost a lot but it's not one that I regret buying.
 
thanks for the encouragement guys looks like I'll wait a while longer....they are pretty guns but don't get me wrong it's not going to be a wall hanger....a few battle scars only add to the character and mystic of a classic..."OHHHH the tales that will be told"
 
I have been waiting since December/January for mine and I am guessing it won't be ready until November or December this year. 12 month wait but it will be totally worth it.
