A stripper clip would be fine, this sits in front of everything. Look at where the magazine starts.

These mounts are extremely popular on SKS rifles. I've seen tons of them in use.

If you use a magnified scope; You want to use a handgun scope, not a regular rifle scope.

I have a scope that has a large off set i use it on the fore end but it moves so if this mount is solid it would work for my scope
