It appears that it is getting bumped back by the force of the recoil, then the spring pulls it forward back home. It isn't cycling with the action. May need to have a tighter lock down latch to keep it from moving.

should be legal with two barrels... but who knows...
can't see this being for anything other than CQB as you can't really aim it with any REAL accuracy as you would have to have two different optics, one for each barrel.
now if you hit a pound of tannerite with two bullets at the same time, does it blow up twice as much...? lol

Two mags are not one mag. It has two mag wells. You could put two AR pistol mags in it. Or two Beowulf. Or two pmags.
Mags are regulated separately from firearms.
