Hello I've been waiting on the fence for awhile now on getting an Ar15, I am more of a milsurp guy but have always wanted a Vietnam style rifle. I was close to getting the colt 20in A3 model but they sold out quick once #### head trudeau made his announcement. I would still like to get one but there not cheap rifles and I'm nervous on putting up that much money only to lose it, so I decided to go with a entry level one for now and I have narrowed it down to 2 rifles. The S&W sport 2 and the new DPMS LCAR that comes with the flip up sights, not the Oracle. They both look almost the same except the DPMS has a 1/8 twist compared to the 1/9 and the DPMS seems to be more milspec. Not sure if all that matters that much but the DPMS are about 100 bucks cheaper. I was just wondering what you guys think would be the better buy.
New DPMS LCAR or sport 2??
