New Fall Bear hunt in PQ

Sweeeeeeet, I just read on the Ministère des ressources naturelles et de la faune website (they dont have it in english ) that they are putting in place a fall bear hunt with rifle for zone 4 and 6 for 2008/09! Those 2 zones are pretty much all of the eastern townships.

On top of this good news, it coincides exactly with the deer season!

I'm in zone 4 so.... woohoo!

does it mean too that the only Zone 10 for a second bear in fall if one is taken in spring (somewhere else) is gone and concern now 4, 6 or 10 ?
