new Federal LC ball 7.62 ammo report

Unimpressed with accuracy not even as good as the Norinco cheapo stuff. The brass is great, but new stuff shot poorly in both my Norinco and Poly builds, both of which will group under 2" with Portuguese ball, better with reloads.

White box XM80C ammo?
I picked up a box of that a month or two back. Fired two 5-shot groups with it; both under 3/4" @ 100yds in my Rem 700 (VLS, 4-16x varmint scope). Have the other 10rnds sitting on the desk in my reloading room.
