I wish someone around my area was carrying Vortex, I been wanting to have a peek through a Vortex scope since I have been reading good reviews on them.

Personnally, after buying and trashing quite a few $10/$20/$30 scope clamp, I am happy that Doug convinced me to buy one of these.
Yes, they are $69.99... But after one year of use, all I can think of is "why didn't I buy one sooner!"

holy crap, ok i see why the expence, why do you need all that to hold your binos.
no offence but mine just threads into the appropriate hole and thats it. holds it solid.
all adjustments are easy to get at. also works for my range finder. just thinking keep it simple. but each to his/her own.

Actually, I don't use this to hold my binos...
It's used to hold my spotter, I clamp it to the side of the shooting bay (indoor range). I tried many other 'scope clamp' before... and they all failed. This one just keep on going!

Please remember when ordering from the States that you have no Canadian warranty with Nikon. We have lots of Canadian dealers who can outfit you with almost all the same things and you get to support your local guy. Just a thought.
