Any sign of getting the new Savage Model 10 Precision Carbine with the threaded muzzle? Supposed to be out this year and I want one in .223.

Unfortuantely Savage announced they have cancelled the 300 AAC Blackout on April 2nd. Apparently they couldn't make it accurate enough using subsonic loads.

Savage's explanation is suspect to say the least. No other manufacturer is having issues with the Blackout in terms of expected accuracy. It's not a benchrest cartridge nor was it ever intended to be.
