Built on CZ's proven bolt-action 457 action, the LRP model features all of the accuracy-enhancing elements shooters have found on the company's 457 Varmint MTR, but this rifle action sits within a target-style stock. You'll find the same match chamber in this model as is found in the MTR rifle, ensuring tight groups downrange with match ammunition. The action also includes a Picatinny optics rail at the top with 25 m.o.a. of built-in elevation, so you can get the most range possible out of your match-grade .22 LR load.
One of the stand-out elements of the CZ 457 LRP is its match-style stock. Featuring CZ's Soft Touch surface, the stock provides a solid gripping surface when you're transitioning between shooting stations. An adjustable cheekpiece and stock ensures that you'll have a perfect fit that gives you the consistency you need for every shot. You'll also find a user-adjustable trigger that can be adjusted not only for pull weight but for pre-travel and overtravel, too. A 1/2x28 t.p.i. threaded muzzle allows you to add a suppressor or muzzle brake as well.
