Good morning,
New to the forum (although I have put a few words here in there since I joined) and relatily new to the sport. I've had my licences for years but no guns of my own. I received a M48-BO for my birthday last november and have since put in a meager 40 cartriges, I'dd love to hone in some more but at 30$ a box, its a mite restrictive.
For shooting experience, I have gone to the EOHC with my father, first cousin once remouved and a friend who's also a member a number of times in the last 4 years.

I am highly interest in pre Korean-War firearms, particularly full length bolt action rifles. As the finances roll in I am looking forward to acquiring more arms such as Mosin Nagant M1891 and 91/30, Mauser Gewehr 1898, Mannlicher-Schonauer /Steyr-Mannlicher and AGm/42 "Ljungman"...

I am open to all information people want to share on these and more.

Thank you and have a nice day
-Dryzen

Hi Dryzen!

I'm in Aylmer too, member at the Danford Lake shooting range, and know about a few other ranges around. Got a few milsurp rifles here if you want to see a few before you decide which one(s) you'll want :) Send me a PM or an e-mail if you'd like,

Lou

From Hull! I usually shoot at Connaught range (not sure it his supposed to be spelled that way.

We do service riffle out there if you need info let me know

Hello! I live in Buckingham and shoot at the Eastern Ontario Hangun Club.

If interested in cowboy action shooting, we have an active club called the Ottawa Valley Marauders (www.ovmcowboys.ca), new shooters are always welcome!

Welcome to CGN Dryzen, I'm also from Aylmer (Gatineau). Shoot @ Connaught Ranges with the NCRRA and NDHQRA, I do Service Rifle and Service Pistol there. Currently have a Norinco M305 (M14 copy). We have good community here at CGN, and a few of us in the Capital Region.

What louthepou mentioned, Danford Lake has a nice range and a good club: Club de Tir de la haute Gatineau.

;)

Thanks for the greetings and the future contacts.
I didn't know one could shoot at the Connaught range, other than the military that is. Its a lot closer than the eastern ontario Handgun Club, could just pack my Kayak and go.
