Just joined up and just got my restricted and non-restricted license. I had a handful of questions on two issues: the firearm purchase logistics and transport to range logistics.
The Purchase Logistics
Can I buy online and have it delivered straight to my condo? The package won't fit in my mailbox, but can it be arranged such that they call beforehand so I know I'll be there? If it can't, does a firearm get left at the post office? Will I need an ATT to pick up from that post office?
The Range Logistics
I do not have a car, so I will need to use all public transport to get to and from a range. Anyone know of a range close to downtown Vancouver? So long as my firearm is transferred by non-descript means (in an unlabeled transportation bag or case), am I fine to go to and from range with a non-restricted firearm just with my license? I need an ATT for restricted, yes?
