Jerry I tend to agree with you, I have tried to have the most accurate rifle with little money spent and has worked well to a point! I'm just like everyone else good is not quite good enough!

Am I reading this right? SS Tumbling hurts the necks causing additional burrs to the cases? I am a little skeptical? I haven't been SS tumbling for too long but haven't really noticed it degrade my accuracy....

There are variables length of ss tumble how much media you use ect. Just be aware of it if you get burrs use your vld neck chamfer tool and neck OD tool simple no big deal.

You will gonna love 6BR which I have. I have trued Rem 700 SA with Krieger 28inch, 1:7.5" twist rate, 105gr Berger Match Target. Later, I'll show you the picture that I shot the smallest 5 shot group at half kilometer, (500 meters). It is unbelievable what 6BR can do way out there.

I use the Wilson SS Dies. It is very precision dies.

My rifle is a single shot and I decided to shoot 5 shots under 45 seconds. This is 4th shot group. In the next picture, it is 5 shot group. I'm still impressed it can shoot under 3 inch at 500 meters with a tiny caliber.

It is 500 meters (1/2 km) away.

very nice group.im wondering if you'd be better of with your bipod touching the dirt.i just did a course and it was recommended.

My gun likes touching on the rubber mat. I carry it everywhere I shoot. I feel that it gives more consistent. Hard rubber and less friction.

Some dirt are soft, hard packed, dust, dense soil, so on... I'm not sure if it will give me a tighter group.

The wait is over! My new 6BR from John Miller

@Bughole shooting supplies has arrived! Its a trued and timed Remington 700 action in stainless with a Shilen Select 1" barrel finished at 28" with 1-8 twist sitting on a custom Bughole pillared bedded stock! Some pitures from the first few through the barrel! Looks like it might just be a shooter!
