Exactly the same boat... waiting for the Gen4 G20 (current dream gun) -
Have a G17Gen4 and G22Gen4 en route to occupy until they start appearing next year ;)

I pick up my first Glock today too. G34 Gen 3. I have never been a fan of a soul less gun. But since I put it in my hand it haunts my dreams! Range day today for sure!!!
 
It arrived!!

Arrived this afternoon via Canada Post! Very impressed by how it feels in my hand. Arrived wih the Glock night sights installed with 5 mags. Can't get to the range until Thursday but have 200 rounds ready and waiting and another 1000 that should be here by the end of the week. I know what I will be doing over the holidays! I am hoping that it lives up to everything I have heard about Glocks!

It will. Plus you have the ported slide :D

Running a 4 port barrel with it is preeeeety sweet ;););)
