New GSG 16

Yesterday my new GSG 16 arrived as well as my buddies. (We both bought one plus the drum) & I must say the build quality to me was great, fit & finish excellent. The drum mag was a tad heavier than expected (never held one before). I tossed my FabDefence T-Pod on & love it. I am awaiting my NCStar Carry Handle/Green Dot/Red Laser Combo to arrive from Hero Outdoors. (I will never order from them again! Terrible communication & claimed “in stock” but really at some warehouse & have to wait over two weeks to arrive!) so I’m looking forward to getting out & dialing er in. I bush camp A LOT from early spring to late fall in the foothills, so she will get put to good use!

pics not worky... i dealt with hero once, they didnt update their site, they were out of stock. took 3 months to get my money back.

I told them I was going to let people know I was unimpressed with their service! Weird pics don't work.. I checked on my phone & u r correct no pics. On my laptop there are pics... I'll see if I can fix it

I bought my GSG16 a few days ago and have been to the range twice with it. 800 rounds of CCI MM. cleaned after the first 400. Runs great and at my 25M range it’s pretty easy to chew a hole a couple inches in diameter fast firing.
I swapped the front sight for the one with the white dot. And it was shooting high at 25m but now that I changed to a longer front and the small rear sight I’m shooting pretty much bang on at 25M. Can’t wait till spring to take it outside to plink.

I ordered from Hero once. It took several weeks to get the item, and it was missing a part. I emailed them about it and never heard a thing. Definitely not a place I'd order from again.

I bought mine many weeks ago from Kelly's. I'm still waiting for my drum mag and screw.

What’s this trigger screw u guys talking about??

**Just read the post about the adjustable trigger & the screw for adjustment** I'll have to take mine apart to see if I have the screw...

FYI it pulls at 5lbs even using a Wheeler Engineering Manual Gauge. I pulled 3 times, & all the same... 5lbs

Yeah its simple. There is instructions included with the screw, that tells you.

Wicked. So have you compared trigger pull weights by adjusting it? I read that only the first batch had missing screws. I called HiCal & they told me they had the second batch.. I'll have to pull mine apart to have a look...

Haven't tried it without.. But with is about 5#

I'm pretty sure mine didn't come with a screw. It definitely didn't have the little plastic bag like that. It just came with the different sight inserts. I pre ordered mine.
